The biggest motocross race of the year, the 2018 Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations, hosted some amazing racing and close battle but it all started with the three Fox Holeshots!

Starts are one of the most important parts of any race but especially at the Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations as each team fights for the advantage as both the 250 and 450 riders are racing at the same time. With riders from all around the world and from different championships racing it gave the possibility of new winners in the Fox Holeshot competition.

Nonetheless it was the 2018 MXGP Champion Jeffrey Herlings who took the Race one FOX Holeshot away from Antonio Cairoli as the Italian fell out of the lead before crossing the line. Race two saw the teammate of Cairoli, Alessandro Lupino score the Fox Holeshot just one week after taking his first FOX Holeshot black plate at the final round of MXGP in Italy. The final race and Fox Holeshot of the weekend went to OPEN Overall winner Glenn Coldenhoff which helped him to gain enough of an advantage on the rest of the field including his Dutch teammate Herlings.

Each of the three Fox Holeshot winners Jeffrey Herlings, Alessandro Lupino, and Glenn Coldenhoff received a bonus of 1,000 Euro from the team at Fox Racing in addition to the early lead!
