Team USA ready for home race at the 2025 Motocross of Nations

When the FIM Motocross of Nations takes place on the legendary Ironman Raceway The US team will be competing with a top-notch lineup in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Three reigning or multiple AMA champions will aim to capture the coveted Chamberlain Cup in front of their home crowd – and keep it on American soil.
The drivers: Title guarantors in Team USA
For the 450cc category, Team USA relies on two absolute heavyweights: So Tomac and Chase SextonTomac is a two-time 450SX and four-time AMA Pro Motocross champion. He brings experience from five previous MXoN appearances. He was also part of the 2022 gold-medal US team. Sexton is the reigning AMA Pro Motocross 450 champion and the 2023 Supercross titleholder. He also returns to the national team as the 2022 winner. He will race just a few hours from his hometown.
The 250cc class will Haiden Deegan The rising star, reigning 250SX West Champion, is making his MXoN debut in Indiana. Highly motivated and finally injury-free, he wants to bring his aggressive, spectacular riding style to the international stage.
New team manager takes the helm
After the resignation of Roger DeCoster, a legend of the sport and long-time team boss, takes over Mike Pelletier, AMA Director of Racing, will lead Team USA for the first time. "This is an honor of a lifetime," said Pelletier. "With this roster and the support of our fans, we are well-equipped to win our home race."
Voices from the team
Sexton emphasizes the special significance of the home race: "It's a privilege to represent the USA – and so close to home. It's going to be a weekend full of goosebumps."
Tomac looks ahead optimistically: "I'm excited to be racing for the USA again. We'll be very fast on home turf."
Deegan can hardly wait: "I'm stoked to finally be healthy and ready to fight for my country and bring the trophy back where it belongs."

The Motocross of Nations is the most prestigious team race in international off-road racing. The world's best riders compete not only for personal glory, but also for their national colors. Following their triumph in 2022, the Americans aim to make history again in front of their home crowd – and challenge the world's elite.
